• Pre-session self-hypnosis recording.
• To be listened to several times before your session.
• 75-minute quit smoking session.
• Can be conducted in person or via Zoom.
• Pre and Post Quitting Information Pack.
• Cessation Reinforcement Recording.

• Sessions must be taken within a 90-day period.
• No refunds will be offered.
• The session period may be extended.
• Only due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Agreed in advance, prior to the end of the 90 days.
