My name is Trace Robins. I was born in Melbourne, Australia, and have been fortunate to travel widely. I now call Manchester, UK my home. I embrace life with passion and joy, finding inspiration in many experiences along the way. From an early age, I have experienced what I believe to be intuitive perceptions that connect me with the spiritual realm. These personal experiences have inspired me to support others in exploring their own inner dimensions. My first encounter with Past Life experiences came through a meditation circle, an introduction that revealed the potential for personal transformation and growth. I integrate a diverse range of complementary approaches in my work with clients and continually expand my knowledge through ongoing study and reflection. I hold the belief that while we may not always receive what we desire, life often provides us with exactly what we need for our growth.

I offer guidance designed to support your journey toward well-being.

This is done by helping you explore inner peace and balance. I believe that we all possess the inherent ability to nurture our own healing. Through complementary approaches such as hypnotherapy and regression therapy, I aim to help you explore and unlock your potential for personal growth. I look forward to the opportunity to assist you in a manner that suits your unique path.

I am a practising Wiccan and have been utilising energy techniques for many years.

I enjoy sharing this craft with both friends and clients; I  run psychic development circles helping others make sense of their own gifts. I advocate ‘living in the now’, understanding that what went before is the past, it is done, but has contributed to who you are today, and therefore has been essential.

Life Cycle Therapies incorporates many different tools and techniques as part of a standard Hypnosis Session. A recording of each session is also provided.

Current Life Regression

Current Life Regression uses hypnotherapy to guide you in revisiting significant events from your current lifetime. This process is intended to offer a reflective space where you might explore and address any perceived trauma or blocks. Some sessions may also incorporate age regression or progression techniques, providing additional avenues for self-exploration and personal growth.

Inner Child Work

Inner child work is a concept used in various psychological approaches to describe an aspect of the self that is thought to form during early childhood—often regarded as one’s authentic or original self. Many believe that this part of us, established before puberty, may become less visible or appear concealed in adulthood, yet it can continue to influence our emotions and behaviors. Exploring this inner dimension can serve as a tool for personal insight and emotional growth.

Parts Therapy

Parts Therapy is an approach that suggests our personality may be composed of distinct aspects, or “parts,” which are thought to represent different elements of the subconscious mind. Each of these parts is believed to serve its own specific function. It is common for individuals to experience internal conflicts or shifts among these sub-personalities over time, and exploring these aspects can provide insights for personal growth and self-reflection.

Cord Cutting

Cord cutting is described as a complementary approach aimed at symbolically releasing energetic attachments—often referred to as links, ties, or cords—to past events or significant moments that an individual may feel no longer serve their highest good. Many people use this process as a tool for personal exploration, and some report that it can help foster a sense of freedom and encourage the courage to move forward.

Emo Trance

Emo Trance, short for Emotional Transformation, is presented as a complementary technique that some practitioners use to help individuals explore and address potential energy blockages within their energetic field. It is intended to support personal insight and may assist in the process of healing and transformation.

Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a complementary approach that some practitioners use to explore what are described as trapped emotions. This technique involves assessing the energy body and physicality to help identify potential blockages that may be linked to unresolved emotional experiences. It is intended to support personal insight and self-exploration, rather than serve as a standalone treatment.

EFT & PSTEC

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often known as Tapping, and PSTEC (Percussive Suggestion Technique) are presented as complementary approaches that some practitioners may integrate into sessions to support personal exploration and healing. EFT involves gentle tapping on acupressure points, while PSTEC utilizes sound and movement as potential tools to help facilitate energetic shifts. These modalities are offered as part of a broader, holistic approach to self-exploration and are intended to complement other established methods of personal development.

Coping Mechanisms

Discover a range of complementary techniques that some people find helpful for navigating daily challenges more smoothly. These methods include conscious breathing, bilateral tapping, reframing situations quickly, and cultivating positive thought processes. They are presented as supportive tools for personal exploration and self-care.

Mindfulness Techniques

Guided meditation, dream and vision boards, affirmations, and relaxation techniques are presented as complementary tools to support personal exploration and foster positive thought processes. While many find that focusing on uplifting and constructive ideas can help shape their experience, these methods are intended to serve as supportive practices for self-care rather than guaranteed solutions.
