Would you like to get serious about losing weight?
Are you lacking motivation and energy?
Are you aware that you should be exercising, but you just can’t seem to find the time or the energy to fit it into your routine?
Hypnotherapy using Gastric Band Surgery – It really works!
In a study of 60 women separated into hypnosis versus non-hypnosis groups, the groups using hypnosis lost an average of 17 pounds, while the non-hypnosis group lost an average of only .5 pounds (Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1986). In a comparison of the results of adding hypnosis to weight loss treatment across multiple studies showed that adding hypnosis increased weight loss by an average of 97% during treatment, and even more importantly increased the effectiveness of POST TREATMENT by over 146%. This shows that hypnosis works even better over time (Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1996).
The Life Cycle weight loss programme uses the safe, natural technique of hypnosis to assist you to lose weight without feeling or thinking that you are depriving yourself of any pleasures. Whilst diets, slimming pills, and potions can work short term, they fail long term. My sessions use suggestion and hypnosis to bring about permanent changes in your eating habits, thoughts about eating and weight control.
Hypnotherapy is a very effective weight loss tool that can transform your approach to food, exercise, and health without having to revert to the old willpower method. It will allow you to stop dieting and encourage you to establish yourself a healthy eating plan as you to begin to take care of yourself in a more positive way by eating healthily and enjoying exercise.
The sessions will help you to stop obsessing about food and enable you to let go of those feelings of failure and guilt that are often associated with weight gain and overeating. They will also enable you to combat food cravings and low body self-image, whilst teaching you to understand your relationship with food and find the triggers that make you overeat. These sessions will enable you to start to believe that you can do it – that you too can become slim, confident, energized and happy with your new body image.
