Individual Appointments & One-to-One Sessions

The following terms apply to individual appointments and one-to-one sessions with Life Cycle Therapies, including hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, Future Life Progression, spiritual regression and other individual therapeutic, complementary or personal-development sessions. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and, particularly in the case of longer sessions, may represent a substantial part of the practitioner’s working day. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact Life Cycle Therapies as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is provided, we will normally be happy to transfer your booking to another suitable appointment date. Payments are not ordinarily refundable when a client chooses to cancel an appointment, subject to your statutory rights.

Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in the full session fee being retained or remaining payable, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and may not be possible to offer to another client. We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise. These will be considered individually and with compassion, and where appropriate we may agree to transfer your appointment to another date. If Life Cycle Therapies needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will offer you an alternative appointment. If we are unable to provide the service within a reasonable period and an appropriate alternative cannot be agreed, any payment made for a service that has not been provided will be refunded as appropriate. For online appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable internet connection, appropriate equipment and a private, comfortable environment in which to undertake the session. If technical difficulties prevent the session from proceeding, we will make reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment where appropriate.

Nothing in these Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Training Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

Please read these terms carefully before booking your training. By booking a place on one of our courses, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Your Course Place

Places on our training courses are limited. Once your booking has been confirmed, a place is reserved specifically for you and may therefore no longer be available to another student. Please ensure that you are able to attend the course dates before making your booking.

Deposits & Course Fees

Any deposit required to secure your place is non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. The remaining course balance must be received by the payment date stated on your booking confirmation or invoice. If payment has not been received by the due date and no alternative arrangement has been agreed with us in writing, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and offer the place to another student.

If You Need to Cancel

If you decide that you are unable to attend your booked training, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Because your place has been specifically reserved for you and course numbers are limited, course fees are not ordinarily refundable when a student cancels or is unable to attend, subject always to your statutory rights. This includes cancellation or non-attendance arising from changes in personal circumstances, work commitments, travel arrangements, illness or other circumstances affecting your ability to attend. For this reason, we strongly recommend that students consider appropriate travel or course cancellation insurance where significant course fees, travel or accommodation costs are involved.

Transferring to Another Course Date

We understand that occasionally serious and unexpected circumstances arise. At our discretion, and where circumstances reasonably allow, we may permit your booking to be transferred to a later available course date. Any transfer is offered as a gesture of goodwill and is not an automatic entitlement. Transfers are subject to availability and to the same course or an appropriate equivalent course being offered at a future date. Additional costs may apply if the price of the future course has increased. Repeated transfers will not normally be permitted.

Exceptional Circumstances

Where genuinely exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will consider exceptional circumstances individually and with compassion. Depending upon the circumstances and availability, we may agree to transfer your place to another suitable course date. This does not create a general right to a refund or transfer.

Non-Attendance

If you fail to attend your course without notifying us, or cancel on or after the course commencement date, the course fee will remain payable in full. If an arrangement has previously been made allowing you to pay some or all of the course fee at a later date, non-attendance does not automatically cancel the outstanding balance. Any amount properly due under the agreed payment arrangement will remain payable, subject to your statutory rights.

If We Cancel or Reschedule a Course

Very occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule training because of circumstances such as tutor illness, insufficient student numbers or events beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a course and cannot provide a suitable alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the course fees you have paid for that course. If a course is rescheduled, we will offer you the opportunity to attend the revised date or, where appropriate, transfer your booking to another available date. We cannot accept responsibility for consequential expenses such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings arising from a cancellation or change of course date, except where the law requires otherwise. We therefore recommend that students avoid making non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements wherever possible.

Acceptance of These Terms

By paying a deposit, making full or partial payment, or otherwise confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms. We very much look forward to welcoming you to your training.
